   Contracts of employment   Fresh HR minds will arrange for your contracts of employment to be reviewed and updated. When needed, we will produce new contracts for you. Contracts will be carefully prepared to reflect the particular needs of your business. Legal Protection This is protection against employment related claims from your employees relating directly to their employment with you. The company will allow you to be a beneficiary of our Employment Insurance that indemnifies against claims and awards relating to Employment disputes. For the sake of clarity, the insurance also pays for your legal costs in defending employment claims. This is real value and protection when you consider that you would be likely to be looking at costs of at least 4,000 pounds for a typical one day claim.Employment Legislation  We will keep you informed of new employment legislation. Client Care  We will visit you every six months, by arrangement, to discuss any matters relating to your employees. Recruitment  Temporary, contract and permanent staff supplied by expert recruitment consultants and up to four vacancies filled at no extra cost. Fresh Hr Minds will advertise the vacancies on job boards and its own network. We will screen applicants and arrange interviews. Should any applicants be offered a position with you Fresh HR Minds will issue “offer letters” where appropriate, request references and finally produce a contract of employment for the new employees. N.B. Should you wish to use an outside agency (employment agency) or advertise in a specific magazine/newspaper/specialist job board, Fresh HR Minds will take the responses and filter them to you. However, the cost of such outside services would be your responsibility.   Project Management Fresh HR Minds will make an experienced recruitment consultant available for consultations i.e. discuss recruitment and recommend staffing levels, either permanent or contract, for any new venture, growth or restructuring. Open Office Policy  The Client and its employees are welcome to phone or visit us at any time during normal office hours. Counselling for employees  Optional, but included in the monthly package, is a HELPLINE for any of your employees with particular problems. We will discuss with you exactly what the counselling service covers  Mediation Fresh HR Minds can act as a mediator in a potential employment dispute providing assistance for up to a day should this be necessary.
