It is usual to have weekly counselling sessions of 50 minutes, although there may be flexibility over this. There is no set length of time you attend counselling as you decide how many sessions you need. If you are not sure, it can be useful to opt for 6 sessions and review towards the end of that time to decide whether or not you feel you need to continue.
I have experience working with depression, anxiety, stress, relationship problems, mental health issues, low self-esteem, low confidence, anger issues, work-related issues, substance misuse, issues related to caring, parenting and so on.
I have had training in a wide range of mental health issues, including suicide, common mental health disorders, addiction, etc.
