On Tuesday 17 September I will be launching the Brighton & Hove Wellbeing Club - a monthly club aimed at bringing together a community interested in their health and wellbeing.
We will be launching theClub with a stress management evening. Are you at the end of your tether? Is day to day life a struggle with no end in sight, and is this impacting on your health, energy and relationships?
The evening, presented by Nutritional Therapist Lucy McCrickard and Hypnotherapist and Coach Marco Anholts, will help you understand how stress can affect you and will give you the tools to take control back of your health and wellbeing.
You will discover
• the different types of modern stressors
• how stress can lead to chronic illness
• how to recognise some of the symptoms
• a variety of stress busters to support you in managing your stress.
By the end of the evening you will feel more in control of your life and learn how easy it is to manage your day to day stress levels.
We will also be discussing topics for future Club evenings - to be held on the 2nd Thursday of the month from 10 October.
