The course only takes 7 hours spread out over 3 or 4 consecutive sessions. It gives you all you need to become a fully self-sufficient meditator and more.
The first sessions is a one hour one-to-one appointment where you are given your personlised mantra and taught to meditate with it for the first time. The following 2/3 sessions are conducted in a group format which allows everybody to benefit from the experiences and questions of others on the course. It creates a more dynamic experience for all participants. During these sessions you will refine your technique, delve deep into the science behind meditation, understand the mechanics of the process and explore what benefits we can expect on an emotional, physical and mental level. You will leave the course confident with your new life tool and with all the insider information on how to make it work for us in the most effective way.
Even though you have now learned everything you need, you are not left on your own. We hold regular group meditations and check-in sessions where you can ask questions and share experiences of your evolving practice. And of course we can always be reached via phone, email or over a cup of tea!
