How do you create an e-mail campaign? Firstly we will get to know your business – what exactly you offer, who your target market is and what would make your target audience tick. We’ll then benchmark your competitors so we know a) what they are currently offering and b) how we can target customers better than them. We’ll make sure all legal regulations are met – such as data privacy and unsubscribe compliance policies (The Privacy and Electronic Communications (EC Directive) Regulations 2003). The clever software we use to send e-mail can produce reports about open rates, click troughs and bounce rates.
