A range of sales courses which can be open, in-house or tailored to your specific needs. They are designed to cover all stages of the sales process and address different levels of experience from new-to-sales to coaching experienced professionals for new markets etc.
All courses are designed to be participative and have elements of role play where relevant. Course codes SFC4, SSC1, SSC2 and SSC3 all have an overview of the b³salesstreamapproach to managing the sales cycle for prospects, territories and sales teams.
Open courses cover a wide range of basic subjects at value for money rates. They are generally half day courses so that your staff are not away from their core duties for the whole day. We have also found that many people tend not to fully benefit from the latter part of a day’s intensive course. Email for a schedule.
In-House courses can be provided if you have a number of people who could benefit from a particular course. Courses can be set up at your offices at special rates or a suitable venue arranged – minimum number usually four people.Tailored courses can be also be devised to meet your exact requirements either modelled on the standard courses or as a complete one-off to meet a specific business issue which you need addressed. If necessary they can be delivered on a 1:1 basis with follow up mentoring
