Act One & Two sessions are for those who want to learn the basics of acting through imaginative play and drama games. We will explore improvisation, characterisation and basic voice work through fun games and exercises. Each student will learn how to express themselves creatively, building confidence and self-esteem. Students are encouraged to take part in an informal presentation for parents at the end of each term, although the emphasis of these sessions is fun, fun, fun! Act Three sessions build on the concepts of intermediate classes, further exploring improvisation, devising, characterisation and voice work. Students will also have the opportunity for monologue and scene study. We will continue to build confidence and self-esteem, with an emphasis on performance presentation. Each student is encouraged to take part in an informal presentation for parents at the end of each term. Act One - 6-9 years, Saturdays - 10-11am Act Two - 10-13 years, Saturdays - 11-12pm Act Three - 14-18 years, Saturdays - 12-1.30pm
