Healthy eating is not about just losing weight indeed some people might want to gain weight and some people that think they are overweight are not.
So what we are interested in changing is your attitude to food. We can help you achieve and maintain your natural healthy weight.
People don’t eat or eat too much because they are unhappy or lost interest in life.
People go on various diets and exercise routines, which are ok in the short term but in the longer will never work.
People who don’t like going to the gym are unlikely to continue attending. You can actually make yourself very ill by going to the gym. Some injuries will incapacitate you and lead to weight gain.
Diets that you don’t like don’t work
Small changes in your daily routine can lead to good changes in your health.
We agree with you a desirable and achievable outcome. For example drop a dress or trouser size. Lose 5kg or half a stone. Provided you follow our advice and show commitment if we have not achieved the outcome agreed by the completion date we would not charge you any further monthly fees.
If you think it would help we can arrange a home visit to start the healthy eating plan these are charged at £12 a visit in addition to any monthly fee.
