Here is a list of examples of issues we deal with: Consumer goods (broken, malfunctioning, not fit for purpose, satisfactory quality, changed your mind and return policies) Supply of services (poor service, cowboy work, building work, mobile phone, utilities including electric, gas and water, banking, loans, insurance) Local authority and government (e.g.council tax and services, benefits, planning) Neighbour dispute (noisy neighbours, fence, hedges, leylandii, boundary wall or party wall, ASBO and ant-social behaviour, nuisance, trespass, right to light, planning) Tenancy issues (eviction, section 21, tenancy deposits and DPS, Mydeposit, TDS, repairs, charges, assured shorthold, periodic tenancy) Road traffic offences and vehicle related issues (penalty points, licensing, DVLA, parking ticket, clamping) Debt (bankruptcy, management, negotiation, mortgage, loan secured and unsecured) Our helpline is free but if you require more assistance we charge an hourly rate of £60 per hour.
