We are looking for a Full Time Contracts Manager to project manage the day-to-day running of technical contracts with responsibility for the quality, legal and fiscal side of the contracts.

The successful candidate should have proven experience in project management, person management, CRM systems, and Quality processes. The candidate needs to demonstrate an ability to work thoroughly and calmly under pressure and to display good interpersonal skills.

The four main areas of the role are:

1. Project management
Day to day management of project delivery

2. Quality
Logging, following up, monitoring, statistical analysis of NCRs.
On going audit of all contracts.
Production of statistical data from each component of the contracts procedure
Liaison with quality manager re quality issues affecting contracts

3. Financial
Raising invoices
Credit control
Updating Salesforce Po and order
Monitoring support contracts
Monitoring technical suppliers

4. Legal
Certificates of origin
Legal obligations of contracts
Export, RMA issues T&Cs

Hours: 9. – 5.30 – but with occasional overtime/Saturdays.
