South West Communications Group has launched a brand new website to ensure its customers can easily keep in touch with its expanding range of business-class services and products.

The Exeter-based communications company decided to revamp its website to suit the navigation habits of both its existing and new customers. The site focuses heavily on its four main core services: business telephone systems, calls and connectivity, data centre services and data networks.
South West Communications Group’s sales director Sarah Flowers said: “Our aim was to enhance our website so that people could access the information they wanted with just a couple of clicks of the mouse. We also wanted to make it clear that although a website is often a first port of call for many customers, we remain keen to respond to phone calls and emails to retain the personal touch that has undoubtedly created our high repeat business and referral rate.”
The new website also features a full range of detailed case studies to illustrate how effectively South West Communications Group’s products and services have been implemented in real situations. It also offers a customer zone where South West Communications Group’s clients can access and download user guides, training information and data sheets.
