Supporting regional & national economic development
Econolyst has a long history of working at the interface between the public (government) and private (industry) sectors. We have undertaken many research projects for regional administrations, to assess the impact that Rapid Manufacturing will have on industry and the business support, innovation and investment that is required by government. We are happy to assist both regional and national government in the development of RM strategies and policy and to help regional technology centres and universities with primary research, business needs analysis, and bid writing.

Supporting Education
Econolyst provide support to in-company training functions, Colleges, Universities and Research Technology Organizations looking to develop Rapid Manufacturing programs of research, technology transfer and education for both students and industrialists. Through our ‘RM-Media Service’, we can provide bespoke packages of educational material, including video footage, process animations and interviews with leading ALM systems and material vendors, and RM technology users. To see a sample of our RM Media products, please visit our YouTube channel at www.youtube.com/econolyst

RM Research
To maintain our unrivalled knowledge base, we are engaged in a number of National and European research projects and initiatives focused on the future of RM. These include research projects to assess the environmental business benefits of RM, the qualification of ALM materials for RM applications and the development of software tools to manage the future RM supply chain. In the past we have been an active participant in research projects to develop management methodologies for Rapid Manufacturing which we have now applied into our implementation strategies.   We are always happy to assist clients from both the industrial and educational sectors with research funding applications and project bid writing.
