We provide powdercoating and wet paint finishing services. Prior to coating your parts will be: •Shot blasted or bead blasted if required •Cleaned either mechanically or chemically •Masked to protect threads and other areas not to be coated. Powdercoating of metal parts up to 6 metres long. Conveyorised oven for large volume parts and small batch ovens for larger items (up to 3 metres) or small quantities. Wet painting of parts, either air drying or low temperature spraybake oven facility ( 4 metres x 3 metres). A huge range of colours are kept in stock. We offer textures and various gloss levels according to your specifications. Also, please ask about our powder galvanising option to protect steel parts from corrosion, prior to colour coating.
