Policy and procedure writing / review
For example discipline and grievance, equal opportunities, recruitment and retention, talent management, succession planning, induction, maternity, paternity etc

Form design
For example, New Employee Details, Next of Kin, Equal Opportunities, Application Forms etc
HR Administration
For example; recruitment and selection administration - e.g. job description / advert development, invite to interview, acceptance, interview schedule etc, raising terms and conditions of employment,  holiday and sickness record monitoring, creating and updating organisation charts, disciplinary / grievance letters, revision and creation of employee handbooks, data input etc

Training Administration
For example, sourcing training courses, sourcing venue, organising catering, invitation letter preparation, mailing and reply receiving, developing evaluation methods, preparing evaluation report,  preparing feedback report, preparing delegate list and name badges, paying invoices, book keeping for the training event etc
