How does it work? After the consultation to assess any injuries or problems, Graham will get to work on the affected area(s). The treatment will start slowly to increase blood circulation, warm up and relax the muscles. Moving on to different massage techniques to then mobilise the muscles and reduce tension within the area. As the massage goes on, Graham will slowly get deeper which will help realign fibres and reduce the effects of scar tissue.

What do I get? A 30 minute consultation will be conducted before your first session to discuss any injuries or problems. A series of special tests will be carried out to identify the injury further. After the consultation, Graham will carry out sports massage therapy to help overcome the injury and give post-care advice. More than one session of massage therapy may be needed to overcome the problem.

Why ALT? Graham works to the highest of standards at all times and ensures client confidentiality and privacy. He also ensures all hygiene precautions are constantly met. If Graham cannot treat the injury, he can refer you onto a specialist in that area. Graham is always working towards personal professional development to widen his knowledge and develop his career.
