A full consultation will be carried out before your first session to identify any injuries or health problems and to help set realistic goals and monitor your progress. Tests include: height, weight, circumference measurements, blood pressure, resting heart rate etc. After the consultation your workout plan will be designed for you and all you need to do is decide where you want to train (in your house, garden, local park or beach). On the day of your first session, all you have to do is bring yourself along with lots of enthusiasm ready for a great workout!
What do I get? With 1:1 personal training you get a free consultation worth £25. We discuss your aims and help you set realistic goals and targets. Have your diet analysed and a nutrition plan designed specifically for you to maximise the results. A workout plan can also be designed for when you are not with your trainer.
Why ALT? Some personal trainers design workout plans without conducting a full consultation with their client, which puts them in great danger of injury or illness. Graham conducts numerous tests during a full consultation making sure health and safety comes first. After the consultation he designs a safe and effective exercise programme using his in-depth knowledge of exercise technique and theories.Graham works closely with all of his clients, encouraging, motivating and educating each step of the way to ensure personal goals are met. Above all, Graham has experience of helping people achieve the results that they expect.
