Active Lifestyle Training Boot Camps are a fun, exciting and motivating way to lose inches, tone-up your body and feel fantastic. Anyone can do boot camp as long as you are over 18 years old and are determined and committed to getting results. For 1-2-1 personal training twice a week for 4 weeks it would cost you over £200. By doing this programme you will save a small fortune costing you £25 which is £2.12 per session (less than most monthly gym memberships). This is an amazing offer considering you are working with a highly qualified and experienced personal trainer.

WHAT DO I NEED TO BRING WITH ME? All that you need to bring is plenty of water, outdoor clothing and lots of enthusiasm ready for a fun and energetic session!
