Acupressure follows a similar function as only without needles.  It uses firm pressure to stimulate specfic ‘acu’-points on the body to help treat disease and promote well being.

It works to remove obstruction and promote movement of ‘energy’ within the Chinese medicial ‘channels’, otherwise known as the body musclular system, blood and nutrient transport systems, nervous and endocrine systems.

Acupressure can be effective in relieving musculo-skeltal pain and general bodily tension, stress, promoting of deep relaxation, improving circulation and toxin removal as well as promoting health and well being.
