Other hog roast caterers buy factory produced indoor pigs which become dry and stringy when roasted. In contrast our free range hog roast is truly delicious and sumptuous. Our wild pigs graze freely and are fed on natural grains without antibiotics. Traditional breeds like have layers of fat so they survive outdoors. When roasted the meat bastes in this fat so it stays incredibly moist and has the distinctive woodland reared deep pork flavour with irresistible (if fattening!) crackling.
