Recommended dose: 2x 5ml teaspoonfuls per 25 litres.
Add Youngs beer finings to your fermenter after fermentation has finished. Leave for 2 days before bottling or barreling
Youngs Beer Finings aids clearing the beer, by making the yeast drop out of suspension quicker without altering the flavour or aroma of the beer.
This kit is a part of the Coopers international series.
In the 19th century the English adopted Bitter as a term for a type of pale ale. This term helped to reduce confusion when a patron asked the publican for a pint.
Coopers English Bitter has a brown copper colour with red hues and a creamy head. It has a pleasing flora aroma with a blend of toasty / sweet malt flavors and a firm bitter finish.
This kit makes 40 pints and requires the addition of 1kg of brewing sugar.
