We regularly attend and sponsor industry seminars, we attend conferences and we contribute articles to publications such as Pharma Marketing Magazine and Research. We take the opportunity to network with industry figures, to learn about the industry and how it’s developing. We work in small teams, consisting of two or three experienced consultants. Each sector which we work in has its own team and within each team there will be a mixture of recruitment experience and industry experience – this way we get the best of both worlds, continuously refining our recruitment processes to offer a more efficient service, whilst retaining the industry and sector knowledge which gives us that key edge.
