Cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT) is one technique that our counsellors use in their integrative approach to counselling support.
CBT links your thoughts and feelings to any behaviour patterns that are limiting your life. It's scientifically based and teaches you the reasons behind the behaviour.  CBT also teaches you techniques to overcome obstacles and behaviour patterns ie. panick attacks, anxiety and anger.
