IFE Recognise Vulcan's Fire Manager Certificate at TIFireE Level
Vulcan Fire Training Co Ltd
Fire Alarms, safety training, First Aid Training
Vulcan is pleased to announce that the Institution of Fire Engineers has recognised the Fire Manager Certificate and Conversion to Fire Manager Certificate courses as educational programmes Fire Safety at TIFireE level.
These courses have been accredited by the Institute of Fire Safety Managers for over 8 years and many successful delegates have benefitted from the training and qualifications given on these courses.
The 9 day Fire Manager course is split into two modules of 5 and 4 days. The first module covers fire safety provision and fire risk assessment in depth and provides attendees with the tools they require when going back to the workplace following training.
They receive software using PAS 79 methodology, as well as templates for fire risk assessments and fire emergency plans and much more.
The course is designed for those who have either been given the responsibility of managing fire safety within a workforce and are new to the subject, or for those with varying degrees of experience and competency who wish to gain a professional qualification.
Delegates always learn a tremendous amount on the course at whatever level they enrol. Delegates who have been successful on the NEBOSH Fire Safety and Risk Management course are able to gain the Fire Manager Certificate by completing Module 1 (5 days) but are exempt from Module 2 (4 days) with proof of success on the NEBOSH course.
Courses are delivered on a monthly basis in Northampton, Greater Manchester and Glasgow, and Vulcan staff are always willing to give friendly advice without pressure as they understand that approval to attend this level of course often takes time to acquire through the budgeting process.
