Every weekday from 3pm to 8pm at Raw Strength Gym

Following an initial free assessment of strength and flexibility you will be coached on a personalised program by Anthony that will improve your strength, flexibility, endurance and speed whilst decreasing your risk of injury. Once accepted onto the program you will be grouped with athletes of similar abilities and/or similar goals to provide a competitive, intense atmosphere every time you train.
