Come and join us and get super flexy! Suitable for ALL ages, gender and sizes.
Ideal for all who enjoy pole and aerial fitness.

This class will improve your flexibility working on things like splits (front and box), back bends, arms/shoulders and legs/hips flexibility.

Ankle weights are an excellent addition if you really want to push yourself for extra flexibility!

Classes consist of a warm up and cool down, followed by 45 minutes of intensive body stretches increasing range of movement.

Increased flexibility is essential for pole fitness so this class will benefit you and your performance in all aerial activities!
