Solar photovoltaics (PV) systems convert light into electricity, which can be  used in your home or business, or exported back to the grid.

Typical installations consist of 10-20 solar panels installed on an unshaded Southerly facing pitched roof. The panels are secured using brackets that are fitted underneath your tiles/slates ensuring that your roof is watertight and there are no leaks. A solar inverter is mounting in your loft and a single cable then drops down to your consumer unit (fuse box) where it is connected to the mains grid.

Installations usually take 1-2 days depending on system size and your roof type. We can also supply and install systems for flat & metal roofs and systems that are compatible with commercial electricity supplies.
