A little bit of extra help can make a big difference  Our branches are each run by a Branch Manager working with a local team of carers and co-ordinators. Most branches offer a flexible range of services, and all deliver hourly care. We recruit, police checks and fully train staff to our own high standards before they begin caring, and we also ensure they, and you, receive full supervisory support and back-up at all times. This means they can concentrate on looking after you, and you can be confident you are in safe hands. Most of our clients use the hourly care service where they decide how much help they need, how much they can afford* and when they need it. We also provide specialist nursing and care services in some branches, and live-in care is available throughout the country.

Beginning a career in care with us means you will be comprehensively trained and supported, all care staff are trained to at least NVQ 2 in care and further qualifications are supported and encouraged by our in-house trainers and workforce development department.
