If you are reading this from OUTSIDE any part of the UK, then please note the following...
1): When telephoning us, our number woudl be 001733 ??????
2): If your contact for service is greater than 72 hours, then please email your enquire. You should
have a visual, contactable email reply address and a telephone number should we wish to ring
3): Don't forget hours in the UK, +/- by 1 hour during the course of each year.......and of course our
time of the day, in relationship to you current time. As a guide: EAST of the UK and you will be
ahead of us; WEST of the UK and you will be behind us.
4): You will need to place a deposit (or if you prefer, make full payment), by Credit or Debit Card,
prior to any service being commenced.....and you should have all dates, times and flights /
shipping details, readily available for us to view and re-confirm, here in the UK.
5): We follow all flight and shipping arrivals, so as long as you are a passenger.....we will be there
to "meet & greet" you on arrival!!
6): Please have a spare, English speaking contact/3rd part, and their phone number available for
us to hold on file, should we need to double check anything of your booking, for once you have
left for the UK or in the event of any irregular circumstance or issue occurring.
