This week, between rain storms and high winds, has mainly seen J Harpham Tree Services reducing and thinning a number of semi-mature trees to allow maximum light penetration for solar panels at a local retirement home. Rather than remove all the trees and destroy the visual amenity the trees have been reduced by 20% and thinned accordingly, this leaves the the aesthetics of the site in place yet still allows the solar panels to work to the maximum capacity.
