JANINE COLLIER has been accepted onto the AVMA specialist clinical negligence panel.

AvMA (Action for Victims of Medical Accidents) only appoints specialist and experienced clinical negligence practitioners who are able to serve the victim of a medical accident, with the necessary skills, experience and knowledge, including a knowledge of the wider issues relating to medical accidents and healthcare policy. In addition to their technical abilities, panel solicitors must also be able to demonstrate the interpersonal and client care skills necessary to assist often distressed victims of clinical negligence both effectively and sympathetically.

Of Janine, James Badenoch, QC said: “Ms Collier has a substantial track record and has shown admirable commitment in handling major clinical negligence claims. Her strength and determination in pursuit of a just result is impressive. She clearly and rightly enjoys and earns the confidence and trust of her clients.”

Caroline Harrison, Barrister, described Janine as “an outstandingly talented solicitor, with superb intellectual and personal qualities, total commitment to medical claims and to her clients, and perfectly suited to clinical negligence work. She has the highest probity and integrity, is exceptionally diligent and wholly reliable and dependable”.
