This is an all-over body workout class, with alternate bursts of muscle toning exercises for the upper or lower body, and simple aerobic intervals (which you can take at your own pace) finishing up with mat toning and a thorough stretch.
A class popular with all ages, abilities and for both men and women.
It’s fun and varied, and great if you don’t want too much complex choreography!
