Exercise mind, body and bones in this very low impact, yet effective work out, designed for the over 60 - or anyone wanting to take it a little easier.
Using music old and new, the class is a lovely variety of muscle strengthening exercises and light aerobic intervals where we gently work the heart and lungs and limber up the joints.
Adaptations for chair based exercises can be given, and mat work is optional.
You can take the class at your own pace – it works for everyone!
