When it comes to deployment, two requirements are always at the top of most IT managers’ lists: make it web-based, and reduce the dependency on desk-top installations.

IndySoft Universal Client runs on remote machines with a small windows install, or optionally, as a Java or Active X component in your Web-browser. This provides a remote real-time or live gateway to the data on the database server, ensuring that you have up-to-the-minute information at your finger tips.

This means that you can access the company Asset Management and Instrument Calibration information from literally anywhere that has a WiFi connection, local LAN or WAN.

Browser choices are Microsoft Internet Explorer (PC), Mozilla Firefox (PC, MAC), Netscape (PC, MAC) and Mozilla Firefox (LINUX).

A gauge or asset can have multiple schedules assigned to it, for example: Calibration period, Service/Maintenance period, R&R study etc. These schedules can be based upon different periods of time like: Day, Week, Month, Year, Number of Uses, Hours of Use, Number of Parts manufactured, and Schedule before or after use etc.

Being able to perform your own lab calibrations and automatically generating certificates and stickers or sending equipment out to sub-contract laboratories and then storing their certificates back into the system is very quick and easy.

Creating your own in-house test points with nominal, upper and lower tolerances as well as showing as-found and as-left results are just some of the sophisticated methods of test-point data entry, you can even create points that meet UKAS standards.

Gauge InSite even integrates with MS Office, so if you are using MS Word or MS Excel to generate calculations, you are still able to do this embedded within the program.

Included with the software is a Studies Module that will allow you to perform such studies like R&R, Linearity, Bias, Stability, Failure Logs etc.

There is no limit to the type of equipment that can be calibrated with IndySoft. Electrical, Pressure, Flow, Dimensional, Temperature, Torque etc.
