This cultural diversity and awareness course will provide you with an overview and understanding of the key issues relating to ‘culture’: in particular, an awareness of how cultural practices differ between different racial and national groups. The course is practically based and delivers indepth advice on providing services to a diverse customer/user base, extremely useful in todays multi cultural societies.
