Bristol Yoga Space, friendly yoga classes, private yoga lessons, Pilates classes and pregnancy yoga near Park Street in Bristol. All welcome including beginners. We are friendly, experienced teachers and we love introducing new students to Yoga and Pilates. New students are always welcome to join our classes at any time during the term. Either drop-in and try the class, or book for the term. We make all new students very welcome, especially if it is your first ever class. See below for our top tips: Starting a Yoga or Pilates class - Beginners are welcome to all our classes. - See our guide to choosing a new class. - Our supportive teachers will help you get going and our small classes will ensure you get personal instruction. - Try to find a class time that suits your schedule that you can make regularly to really feel the benefits of regular practice. - If you can, arrive 5 minutes early to your first class to chat to the teacher. What to bring to class - Wear comfy clothes that let you move freely (e.g. leggings/t-shirts etc.) - Mats and blocks are provided free of charge - Feel free to get in touch if you have more questions.
