Located in Zungoli - small historic village in Campania, in the province of Avellino - the San Comaio farm was established in 1975, when the Caruso family took over an old oil mill and started their oil production.
Today, this organic farm consists of a 2000 olive trees, a modern high quality technology mill and bottling conveyor.
San Comaio's goal is to produce olive oils of absolute maximum quality through the most rigorous production procedures in every step of the process, from cultivation to the bottling.
