I run a Meditation for Beginners workshop regularly. This is a 6 week course which will introduce you to different ways of meditating and empower you to incorporate meditation into your daily routine. I also run a follow on workshop which further develops these skills ad is also a 6 week course. You will then be able to join my monthly meditation class which is for those who have experience of meditation. Meditation courses run during the day and in the evenings.
Regular meditation can help to relieve stress, improve sleep, improve self worth and self confidence, relieve pain,and improve your sense of health and well being.
