At Contract Property Services Limited we also assist with the managing and completion of new or existing office projects. Whether you're half way through a project or in the initial stages and looking for a company who will effectively manage it, we will be delighted to assist.
We are experienced in working with and managing other contractors and forming successful working relationships. All our construction design management (CDM) is undertaken to the CDM standards approved by the Health and Safety Executive. This gives you the reassurance that our activities are undertaken in a safe, procedural manner which minimises the risks to your clients or building during our time on site whilst ensuring that every project is carefully coordinated for the best results.
As well as an emphasis on health and safety whilst working, we are well versed in the complexities of the planning system and legislation concerning disabled access and adaptations. This means we can carry out your project with the minimum amount of delays or difficulties later in the project’s implementation. We have a background of working with a variety of public sector bodies and are happy to share the results of successful work we have undertaken at hospitals, schools and universities.
