Gentle Yoga Class

The Gentle class is a slower paced class aimed at those who feel they are not ready for beginner or general classes, especially those who are stiffer, older or unfit.
Many people say to us “I’d like to try yoga but I’m too e.g. old/large/stiff/unfit etc…” Our reply is that yoga is for all, and after a few classes, or a foundation course, you should feel that you know enough to go to any beginner or general class. In fact, those who are stiff benefit tremendously from a regular yoga class, and always report that they feel better at the end of the class compared to when they arrived.
However, in response to those that feel uncomfortable going to a regular class, and would like a slightly gentler class to start with, we have designed this class especially for you!
