The first session is 90 minutes as that gives us time to address your issue and to teach you some techniques you can use at home. Any further sessions are 60 minutes. For some issues (such as a simple phobia or a confidence boost) a single session is often enough. I usually recommend 2 sessions to stop smoking and 4 for weight loss. Other issues such as anxiety, pain control, insomnia and habits can take 2-4 sessions.
Each session is unique to you because everyone's mind works differently.
Sessions are in my office in central Bristol or by webcam. Webcam sessions are ideal for people who have difficulty travelling or who are agoraphobiic.
