NIPON 500x114 (4.5") Newtonian Reflector Astronomical Telescope
Nipon Scope and Optics
Astronomical Telescope, Astronomy Telescope, 4.5 inch telescope
This is one of the top level Newtonian reflector telescopes which is ideal for astronomical observations. It has 500mm focal length and a large 114mm (4.5 inch) objective lens to let in more light, thus providing a brighter and clearer image. With the eyepieces and Barlow lens provided in this package, the telescope can achieve magnification levels from 20x to 100x. This scope can achieve a practical power of up to 228x with different eyepieces.(Note: Magnification=(Focal length of objective lens / Focal length of eyepiece) x Power of Barlow lens).
This telescope has a built-in standard 1.25" eyepiece holder which can be fitted with a digital eyepiece/camera for picture taking and video recording through the scope (see note below). It can also be fitted with other types of fixed power eyepieces.
