I offer a free Consultation giving you the opportunity to meet and ask any questions about my approach, experience and qualification. It also provides a premise from wich to decide whether we can work together on your identified outcomes before making a commitment. The Therapy process will consist of:-
- Listening to problems experienced.
- Exploring how you see those problems and how this effects you.
- Working together collaboratively towards your outcomes.
- Developing and establishing a good therapeutic relationship.
- Regular review thus taking account of how the counselling process is working for you.
