We all have stress in our lives, its what makes us able to function & perform day to day activities. Stress can be brought on by both good and bad situations in our lives. It only becomes a problem when it reaches high levels, leaving us feeling unwell are unable to cope. Think of it like blood pressure – we all have it but if it becomes too high, we need to do something about it! Let me try and help you alleviate the stress in your life. With my 1:1 sessions we can identify the problems, and try simple coping mechanisms to reduce the stress using a variety of cognitive behaviour techniques that you can incorporate into your day to day life.
