They key is to ensure the diet is nutritional and balanced with all the food groups needed to promote a healthy lifestyle - and this can often be confusing.
The body needs energy to maintain life and health and the importance of food is very often overlooked with people leading such busy lives; convenience is often used as a quick fix. Unfortunately this can be very detrimental to our short and long term health and fitness.
