Consultations are FREE, and will last an hour. This will give us an opportunity to have a chat about your lifestyle, your current health & fitness, and discuss your goals. The session will also involve some simple health & fitness testing to determine your current level of fitness and how best we can work together to achieve your goals. The sessions will last an hour, and take place outdoors, in your home, or at a local personal training studio (a mini gym) – whichever venue you’re more comfortable with. So, if you're looking to start exercising but lacking the motivation or confidence? Perhaps you're at fitness plateau and unsure about how to progress? Or do you have an important occasion coming up such as a wedding, holiday or charity challenge that you need to prepare for? You may want to exercise for the social element, to make friends and have some fun. Or perhaps to try a new sport, lose weight, tone and strengthen muscle or improve your overall health. Whatever the reason and however large or small your goal is, I'd love to work with you to help you achieve it.
