I have been working with a business to improve their business proposition and they asked me to help the business enter one of the regional annual business awards.
This forced us to look long and hard at what the business was actually good at, what it could prove and what were their concrete and achievable plans for growth going forward.
We looked at what the business did for customers, how the business helped the local community, how staff contributed and how the business supported and developed them.
It was quite a good strong proposition when we submitted the entry - and now they have been shortlisted with more work for me to help them achieve the growth that they want to.
Can I help you with your small business marketing proposition?
