To whom it may concern, Don Perera has done a number of jobs for me over the past 6 months including fitting a new electric power shower and resolving issues with a leaking toilet. I have always found Don to be very reliable and trustworthy and the standard of work is good. He has been very fair with his pricing of jobs. I have used many plumbers in South East London over the years and have found the standards to be far below that of Don. I am disappointed that he is now leaving the area. I was in an emergency, a leak under the sink - he came round very fast and got straight to work, limiting the damage, he worked carefully and fast. The old pipe and new pipe joint had sprung a leak. it was in a very awkward place under kitchen units - but somehow he found a way to be able to get to the problem and fix it. He also explained that it looked like it had been seeping for a while and showed the evidence and explained it to us. This was helpful as this has helped us put an insurance case together. As the leak looks like the cause of the tiles cracking over time. The last plumbers to be there were ones from the insurance company a few years before. The case is still in process but thanks Don for the work and the very helpful advice……Robert Allen.

I needed a plumber for an emergency night time call-out and had no idea as to who to call. I found Don's details off the internet and within an hour of calling him he had arrived. I was instantly reassured by Don's manner and his determination to solve the problem, despite not having access to the necessary parts that evening. Don quoted for further work that he recommended should be carried out to avoid future problems but never put any pressure on me to have these done.
