Perfect Planning offers a variety of packages to suit your particular Wedding Planning, Corporate Event or other Special Occasion planning needs. You can depend on me to take the stress and strain away from planning your special day. In the services listed below I have concentrated on weddings but the same can be applied for all events.
A brief look at our services
Bronze. This package is designed for those of you who have already planned your wedding but you are now worried about who will be there to ensure the day runs smoothly. I will meet with you 3 weeks before your event and provide you with support up to and including the event day. The cost of this package is £400.
Silver. This package is aimed at those of you who have planned your wedding, however, you would like to ensure you have left nothing out and all details are correct with suppliers. I will meet you with you 7 weeks before your event and provide you with support up to and including the wedding day. The cost of this package is £1,200.
Gold. This package is aimed at those of you who would like to sit back and relax from day one of planning your wedding. I will meet with you for a free consultation as soon as you would like to start planning your wedding and I will be there to take your dreams and turn them into reality. The cost of this package depends upon the outcome of our initial meeting.
Suppliers. If you would like me to provide you with a list of suppliers relevant to your wedding requirements and budget then I would be happy to do this for you. I will also be able to supply you with your own planner detailing key dates along your journey to planning your own wedding. This service is available from £100.
Invitation Management. If you would like me to manage your invitations then I would be happy to do this for you. Once you have chosen your invitations I will be able to advise you with regards to wording & ettiquette. Once finalised I will proof read your invitation and be responsible for mailing and tracking invites. I will then liaise with suppliers with regards final numbers and dietary requirements. This service is available from £1 per guest.
Bespoke. If none of the above packages suit your particular needs then I will work with you to develop a bespoke package. Please contact me and I will be happy to meet with you for a free consultation to discuss your requirements further.
Engagement/Civil Partnership/Birthday/Christening/Naming Ceremony/Hen Party/Stag Party/Charity/Corporate. Although I specialise in planning weddings I can apply these skills to any occasion and corporate events. Please contact me if you would like to meet with me to discuss your particular event. Costs for these events depend upon the outcome of our initial free consultation.
