modern manufacturing facility featuring leading edge equipment including three
automated Amada CNC punching cells, eight Amada HFE press brakes, four Amada TP
power presses, a Salvagnini CNC folding machine plus welding, assembly,
finishing and a painting/coating operation which makes us one of the largest
privately owned one-stop subcontractors in the UK.
CNC punching a
lower cost solution than laser cutting, depending on part complexity and batch
size. In addition, punching machines can create simple formed features such as
dimples, louvers, logo indentations and knock-outs, thus avoiding the need for
additional operations.
