Kitchen Tonic is a registered provider of Chartered Institute of Environmental Health food safety certification of levels 1, 2, 3 and 4 food safety in Catering, Retail and Manufacturing and the CIEH level 2 award in Healthier Food and Special Diets and HACCP level 2 in Catering and Manufacturing.

We are based in central London (Shepherds Bush and Aldgate), providing training in house thoughout the UK.

Trainers are educated to degree level with catering experience and regaulary attend refresher courses to keep upto date.
